Delivery Terms

The price of delivery, insured by DPD, will be added to all orders. (See table below)

The order will only be delivered to the customer after full payment.

The transfer of ownership and risk occurs when the order is fully paid. Therefore, the customer is solely responsible for the risks associated with delivery.

Merchandise can be collected free of charge from our company headquarters without order quantity limits on weekdays from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM and from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM. On Saturdays, collection is possible from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM, but strictly by appointment requested and confirmed via email. 1 euro will be charged per box used.

In the case of collection from our headquarters, the customer must immediately inspect the condition of the products. Any items found to be defective will be replaced by Alimentum Sana srl or refunded upon collection.

Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM, excluding holidays. Exceptions apply to the geographic area highlighted in red, where deliveries occur on Tuesdays and Fridays (view delivery zone here: Delivery Zone Map).

You will receive a notification of the delivery date and time for your package from the transport company DPD.

In case of absence, the package is automatically delivered to a DPD-designated pickup point the following day.

The indicated delivery times are provided for reference and are not binding on the seller.

For any other destination, an email must be sent to the info@nutrisano.be address in order to find out the possible delivery methods and the cost of transport.

Alimentum Sana srl makes every effort to ensure that the delivery of ordered products is carried out within the specified timeframes. However, Alimentum Sana srl cannot be held responsible for any errors and/or delays attributable to the delivery service provider or any other fault on their part. The delivery service provider is solely responsible for delays or delivery failures resulting from incorrect information or the impossibility of delivering to the address provided by the customer when placing the order or at a later time. This situation will not entitle the customer to any compensation, damages, or the resolution or suspension of their obligations by Alimentum Sana srl.

During home delivery, the customer is required to inspect and verify the condition of all delivered products. Any visible defects or damage affecting the products must be reported within 48 hours by email to info@nutrisano.be, with detailed descriptions and supporting photos. Products for which the customer provides evidence of defects or non-compliance with the order at the time of delivery by the carrier will be replaced or refunded to the customer. No refund will be issued until the order is returned to the sender. Return costs are borne by the customer.

If the customer decides to cancel an order after payment, and the order has already been dispatched for delivery, the refund will only be processed upon the complete receipt of the merchandise at the headquarters of srl Alimentum Sana. Return costs are borne by the customer.
