These general terms and conditions govern the relationship between Alimentum Sana SRL, located at Seraing, Voie du Belvédère 3A, 4100 Seraing, VAT BE0842.084.912, and customers who make purchases through its website www.nutrisano.be.
It is important to clarify that the person wishing to place an order on this site declares that they have full legal capacity. Anyone subject to incapacity, especially as defined in Article 1123 and following of the Civil Code (minors, etc.), cannot make purchases on www.nutrisano.be in any way. The consultation of this site and the services it offers are the responsibility of their legal representative, who is required to comply with these provisions. In any case, when transmitting personal data, the legal representative must complete the registration form themselves or expressly authorize the person they represent to fill out said form.
By making a purchase, the customer accepts these general terms and conditions of sale, which are deemed to have been read and accepted without reservation, without this acceptance being conditioned by a handwritten signature.
These terms may be amended at any time and without prior notice. The new conditions apply only to subsequent purchases.
Buyer's terms of purchase cannot prevail over our general terms and conditions of sale and will therefore be considered null and void.
The prices of the products are expressed in euros, including VAT.
Delivery costs are not included in the prices displayed but are calculated separately during the ordering process, based on the mode and location of delivery, as well as the weight and volume of the ordered products.

Collection from the company's headquarters is free and has no order limit.
For any delivery outside of Belgium, any potential customs fees or local taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
Orders will be fulfilled within the limits of available stock. The availability of products is always clearly displayed on the site. However, Alimentum Sana SRL's website www.nutrisano.be cannot be held responsible if the stock is no longer the same as on the date the order was placed. If products are found to be unavailable after payment for the order, the seller undertakes to inform the customer as soon as possible via their email address and offer them the choice of a refund, modifying their order, or postponing delivery until the product(s) is back in stock.
To place an order, the customer fills their shopping cart on the online store, provides billing and shipping information after completing their purchases, and then makes the payment for their order using the payment system. Payments are secure and encrypted. We work with Multisafepay. The customer guarantees the accuracy and completeness of the information provided.
After receiving confirmation of payment from the banking institution, the customer will receive a summary of their order, including the order number, the ordered products and their prices, and the delivery charges. The transport company DPD will inform the customer of the delivery date.
Alimentum Sana SRL reserves the right to suspend or refuse an order, especially if the data provided by the customer is obviously incorrect or incomplete.
Every effort will be made to ensure optimal protection during transport, but the customer must carefully check for any damage in the presence of the carrier and inform us as soon as possible by email at info@nutrisano.be. A photo must verify the problem.

The order will only be delivered to the customer after full payment.
The transfer of ownership and risk occurs when the order is fully paid. Therefore, the customer is solely responsible for the risks associated with delivery.
Merchandise can be collected free of charge from our company headquarters without order quantity limits on weekdays from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM and from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM. On Saturdays, collection is possible from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM, but strictly by appointment requested and confirmed via email. You will be charged 1 euro per box used.
In the case of collection from our headquarters, the customer must immediately inspect the condition of the products. Any items found to be defective will be replaced by Alimentum Sana srl or refunded upon collection.
Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM, excluding holidays. Exceptions apply to the geographic area highlighted in red, where deliveries occur on Tuesdays and Fridays (view delivery zone here: Delivery Zone Map).
You will receive a notification of the delivery date and time for your package from the transport company DPD.
In case of absence, the package is automatically delivered to a DPD-designated pickup point the following day.
The indicated delivery times are provided for reference and are not binding on the seller.
Alimentum Sana srl makes every effort to ensure that the delivery of ordered products is carried out within the specified timeframes. However, Alimentum Sana srl cannot be held responsible for any errors and/or delays attributable to the delivery service provider or any other fault on their part. The delivery service provider is solely responsible for delays or delivery failures resulting from incorrect information or the impossibility of delivering to the address provided by the customer when placing the order or at a later time. This situation will not entitle the customer to any compensation, damages, or the resolution or suspension of their obligations by Alimentum Sana srl.
During home delivery, the customer is required to inspect and verify the condition of all delivered products. Any visible defects or damage affecting the products must be reported within 48 hours by email to info@nutrisano.be, with detailed descriptions and supporting photos. Products for which the customer provides evidence of defects or non-compliance with the order at the time of delivery by the carrier will be replaced or refunded to the customer. No refund will be issued until the order is returned to the sender. Return costs are borne by the customer.
If the customer decides to cancel an order after payment, and the order has already been dispatched for delivery, the refund will only be processed upon the complete receipt of the merchandise at the headquarters of srl Alimentum Sana. Return costs are borne by the customer.
The consumer who orders products on the website www.Nutrisano.be has a period of 14 calendar days from the day of delivery of the products or notification of their availability at the headquarters of the company Alimentum Sana SRL to notify the seller that they are canceling the purchase, without penalties and without giving reasons. When this period expires on a Saturday, Sunday, or a public holiday, it is extended to the next working day. The consumer notifies their intention to cancel the purchase either by email or by registered mail.
Perishable food products are excluded from the right of withdrawal. Other products that have been opened or whose packaging has been damaged will not be refunded. Similarly, packaging costs will be due.
During the withdrawal period, the consumer will take care of the delivered products and their packaging. The consumer must return the goods from which they have withdrawn in perfect condition in their original packaging to the address Voie du Belvédère 3A, 4100 Seraing. Only the direct return costs will be borne exclusively by the consumer.
The amount will be paid as soon as possible and no later than within 14 days from the date of return.
The photos and texts illustrating and describing the products on this site are non-contractual and for information purposes only. Furthermore, regarding the technical data sheets and product descriptions from our suppliers, we disclaim all responsibility for the accuracy of their content.
Without limiting the scope of these general terms and conditions, no claim of any kind concerning delivered products, non-delivery of products, or any other issue can exceed the amount of the purchase price of the products that gave rise to a claim for damages. Alimentum Sana SRL's website www.nutrisano.be will make every effort to fulfill its obligations but cannot be held responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from circumstances beyond its control, such as road accidents, absenteeism, war, riots, insurrection, transport interruptions, import or export problems, supplier bankruptcy, or production stoppage and thus no replenishment, strikes, lockouts, shortages, fires, earthquakes, storms, floods, pandemics, or other events that prevent the production, transport, or delivery of products.
Likewise, it cannot be held liable, whether on a contractual or non-contractual basis, in the event of non-performance, temporary or permanent, of its obligations when such non-performance results from the total or partial loss or destruction of the seller's computer system or database when neither of these events can reasonably be directly attributed to the seller and it is not demonstrated that the seller failed to take reasonable measures to prevent one of these events, a cessation of the supply of energy (such as electricity), a failure of the Internet network or data storage system, a failure of the telecommunications network, a loss of connectivity to the Internet or the telecommunications network on which the seller depends, an act or decision by a third party when such a decision affects the proper performance of this contract or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of the seller.
If, due to these circumstances beyond its control, the performance of Alimentum Sana SRL's website www.nutrisano.be's obligations cannot be continued or is simply made more expensive or difficult, it undertakes to negotiate in good faith and fairly within a reasonable time to adapt the contractual conditions in order to restore their balance.
In the absence of an agreement within a reasonable time, either party may invoke the termination of the contractual relationship between them without compensation or indemnity of any kind.
