Description

A multi-flower honey harvested in spring and summer, mainly from the hilly or mountainous areas of Tuscany.

It transitions from liquid to crystallization over time. Initially amber in color, it can vary from opaque white to golden with shades of orange, to hazelnut color after crystallization.

Enveloping aroma, evolving from floral notes to candied fruit. Sweet, fruity taste. In the mouth, it has a broad and varied aromatic profile.

This honey is ideal for many uses and adapts to various situations. Perfect in hot drinks, spread on bread with butter, and combined with fresh and soft cheeses.
