This product is obtained by processing tomatoes exclusively grown in the Pachino region of Italy, internationally known for the high quality and flavor of its tomatoes. It contains no preservatives, thickeners, stabilizers, or colorants, and is also salt-free.

The processing takes place a few hours after harvesting, and the transformation is primarily done by hand using a delicate, careful, and refined method that preserves the excellence of the raw material.

Datterino passata is sweet, pulpy, and naturally salty.

It is suitable for dishes such as creams and veloutés. Excellent for sauces, pizzas, and bruschetta.

A short cooking time is always recommended to preserve the fragrance and flavor unchanged.
