100% organic superior quality IGP SICILIA extra virgin olive oil, obtained directly through mechanical procedures and cold extraction, unfiltered.

Ideal for all uses, particularly delicious with cooked and raw vegetable preparations or fish.

Medium fruity olive aroma with herbal tones. Good decisive taste, the right intensity of bitter and spicy sensations make it a balanced oil.

It's a blend of 3 cultivars: Cerasuola, Nocellara, and Biancolilla.

Color: green with golden highlights.

The olives are hand-harvested starting from October.

The extraction method used is the continuous cold cycle with a hammer crusher.
