Coffee with notes of nuts and caramel.
From the Medellin region in Colombia's central cordillera, with IGP certification.
The medium roast gives the coffee cup a velvety aroma with a sweet taste. The beans from this region express their goodness in the cup with a light, sweet, and delicate taste, balanced with moderate and balanced acidity, and a slight hazelnut flavor—easily digestible.
In Colombia, the delicate art of coffee processing has been passed down from father to son for centuries. The Medellin Supremo, named after the size of the beans, is born on the volcanic slopes of the Andes, where the most appreciated qualities of "mild" Arabica are found. Due to its particularly sweet taste, it's called "Suave."
