This traditional egg pasta is made from high-quality Italian durum wheat with maximum organoleptic characteristics and 35% fresh eggs from free-range hens. These hens are fed with plant-based food without the addition of synthetic colorants.
The pasta is bronze-extruded at controlled temperatures, providing a natural roughness ideal for proper sauce absorption. It is dried at low temperatures to preserve the important nutritional and protein properties of Italian durum wheat.
We aimed to find a skilled artisan who could produce a very high-quality product using traditional methods and carefully selected raw materials, all in harmony with the environment.
