These jams are made using ancient recipes and crafted in the classic method as if made at home. Fresh fruits, certified organic, are harvested and immediately transferred to processing rooms where they are washed, pitted, and pureed if necessary.
The production process continues with cooking in a stainless steel pot, uncovered and mixed manually, just like in the old days. The contents are brought to a boil, and the cooking process lasts about 7 hours.
Cane sugar is the only ingredient added to the fruits during cooking.
The product is then jarred in sterile glass jars and pasteurized in a special steam pasteurizer.
