Description

These products are made exclusively with organic raw materials of Sicilian origin. The production rhythms respect the seasonality of the vegetables, which are harvested only when they reach full maturity and the peak of their flavor.

The processing of the raw material and the packaging are done in a very short time to preserve all the organoleptic qualities of the fresh product.

The products do not contain preservatives, the only seasoning used is organic extra-virgin olive oil.

Made from eggplant, typical of traditional Sicilian cuisine, with a ready-to-use cherry tomato sauce and organic extra-virgin olive oil.

After opening, store in the refrigerator and consume within 10 to 15 days.
